As a member of the Peacock Cellars Wine Club, you receive two 6-bottle shipments of wine a year.
We bottle our wines twice each year and your shipments are samples of our new releases. The Fall shipment usually features our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, while the Spring shipment features Sangiovese, Tempranillo, Barbera, and Zinfandel. This is a yearly commitment of about $325 for 12 bottles of our boutique wine.
We host two private events at our family farm each year to thank our intimate group of Wine Club members and we look forward to having you in the Wine Club and to inviting you in for future release parties. Our club ships twice annually (April and September)
We reserve the right to hold your shipment at the winery until weather permits shipping. Members are responsible for all shipping charges, including shipments that are refused, returned or shipped to an old address. A person 21 years of age or older must be available to sign upon delivery. A $25 administrative fee will apply should your shipment be returned to us.
We host two parties at our Farm every year for our members to experience our new release wines.
Members are asked to pick up their wines in advance at the tasting room. If a member has notified the Wine Club Manager that he or she will be picking up at the winery and fails to do so within 90 days from the date he or she is charged, the order will be shipped to the delivery address on record and a shipping charge will be applied.
Charges are automatically applied to your credit card on date indicated in the “New Release” email.
Although members can cancel their membership at any time, there is a two-shipment minimum.
Cancellation requests must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to the next club shipment; otherwise the member is responsible for receiving the shipment.
Customers who cancel out of the club prior to receiving (at least) two club shipments, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Members who cancel and have received their minimum of two club shipments will not be charged a cancellation fee.
If a club shipment has been shipped but not received prior to our receipt of the member’s cancellation, the member will be responsible for payment of the final shipment.
